Food was hot and fantastic
Watch your bill very closely, make sure everything is explained to you on Level of care and why your loved one is being charged for the level they are. I was charged for a Level 2 for 8 months for my spouse when he he was actually a level 1. I have asked repeatedly to speak to someone in the head office to meet with me and rectify this. I have gotten nothing but the run around and after paying thousands of dollars out of pocket they are threatening to turn my account over to collection. My dad was in their "extra level" of memory care when he had a fall. I got a call from a concerned care giver four hours after his fall (not sure about that amount of time having requested documentation about his fall three times and been ignored or brushed off). I asked the caregiver to make sure he gets Tylenol, sees a nurse and please call me if the pain continues.
