Customer service (Amazing). Responding to work orders fast. I’ve been in my home about a month now still getting things sorted out. I had the pleasure of working with Liberty and she was an absolute joy to work with she made the process so easy… she really made moving into a new home not so stressful. My work orders were also completed in less than 48 hours. My only issue is the house was not professionally cleaned, which I didn’t realize until I was already in the house.
‼️MILITARY FAMILIES DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!‼️ Update: Our AC broke 2 weeks ago. It’s July in Alabama. Hot and humid! We put in multiple work orders with no response. My husband called repeatedly and their maintenance operators (sound like a call center in Vietnam) just say there is nothing they can do. This past week our dishwasher also broke. ‼️Read the negative reviews. Wish we would have before we rented from them. When we visited the property it was a mess. Dead bugs everywhere, stains, dirty counters. I’m sure they charged the previous tenants to clean but then never did. The one staff member in the office we signed our lease with was friendly but she did state they don’t ever come out to their properties. Maybe they should!
