By far the worst company I have ever done business with. They rented me a house that had dead roaches everywhere and they didn't even bother to clean them up. When I moved in, the oven/ stove didn't work so they sent a technician to take a look, upon inspection the technician determined that there were thousands of dead roaches under the stove and BP refused to put a new stove in until I informed them that I had contacted the health department. Worst rental experience of my life. It took 3 days to get a response to a mice infestation in my unit -- I caught almost 2 dozen mice per day and had to throw away over $200 of cast iron cookware which was covered in mice feces. I did not receive any response to calls or emails about a raccoon living in the attic. When I moved out I saw an animal trap in the attic and asked my neighbor who told me the raccoon was a problem since before I moved in.
