I really want to warn anyone who is looking for a reputable, honest, with high integrity inspector. This guy is not it. I hired him to do an inspection on a house that I suspected was in bad shape but I wasn't sure. The sale was as is with no inspection contingency. I wanted to do an inspection to ensure I wasn't paying to much in repairs after my purchase.
