Very poor customer service and communication. Would not recommend to anyone coming from out of state. Update* Be for warned, they will harass you if you leave a bad review. I have 2 staff members (Barbara and Heika) messaging me non stop. Stooping so low as messaging me a call log trying to prove I did not call....Very interesting....I am not even a customer yet and this is how they act. Dodged a bullet...wow...

They don't call back and rarely had a realtor in the office that could help us. I'm not sure why they don't allow their receptionist to issue keys, but it would help. People looking for a home don't want to "come back later" hoping someone will be available. At the very least, contact people who have responded to your ads.
