Had a really bad experience having a new set done. I had been here several times before and they put me w a brand new nail tech and he had NO CLUE what he was doing!!! I’ve never had to ask for another tech to finish but I did the last time. My nails were different shapes, lengths and thickness...Talked to owner and she refused to give me a refund...it was so bad that I won’t be back!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!!!

Since my last post was deleted from here. I went in last month to have a mom/daughter day to relax. The guy that did my nails messed them up beyond measure. He literally ground into my left pinky so much that it was so thin it started falling off. It officially fell off today. So here I am with exposed nail bed that is very painful! Not to mention I asked for rounded off square. He started to give me coffin on one nail. So much acrylic left under the tip it was pathetic and waste of acrylic. Y’all Ken took his time with me and worked his magic... Im in love with my nails... He was very professional and experienced... I must say I can’t wait to go back to get my nails done again...
