I forgot to reserve a limo for my arrival home and called Bichon Black Label at the last minute. Sylvan provided an exceptional experience. He was sooo professional and his car smelled so good! This will now be our car service!!! Please use this service because you will not be disappointed!
This was my first time using a car service and Bichon set the bar very high! The communication from reservation to pick-up was prompt and friendly. John was an excellent driver and so helpful. I would not hesitate to book again with Bichon if I have need for another trip in the future.
Very easy and friendly to communicate with. Received status updates, was on time and had a comfortable ride.
Rex was wonderful. He went above and beyond. Our trip home was delayed because our flight got cancelled. Once we arrived in Atlanta we had 3 large suitcases, 3 duffles & 3 very tired people. Rex took care of everything & got us home safe.
