Had my tonsils removed May of 2023 and some work done on my nose to help me breathe better. Since then my sleep has been so much better. I can actually breath through my nose. When I get seasonal allergies I can still breathe and it went from being a 10/10 breathing issue to a 1/10 breathing issue. Still get allergies but I can actually function.
