The flowers my sister received were beautiful. But I had a specific type of vase in mind. I called to explained I wanted a leaf lined vase and also placed wording in online order for a leaf lined vase and not the vase in the picture online. I was told on the phone no problem. My sister received the flowers and the vase was not as I requested (leaf lined vase). I did call the next day and talked with manager. There was a miscommunication. Next time I may go in and get the flowers.
Always wonderful flowers and great service! Bice's will always be my go-to florist!
Bice took my order over the phone and delivered a top notch bouquet beyond my expectation
Loved what they did. It was exactly what I wanted and absolutely Beautiful!!
