While the counter sales person was very pleasant, he was even surprised at the markup price on a bolt that they didn't have in stock and ordered it from a parts warehouse elsewhere i needed it so i paid $38 dollars for one bolt,which I had to drive a few miles away to pickup to my surprise the sales clerk at the warehouse informed me that I was charged more than double the amount for that bolt their price was $18 ,well all I can say is shame on you Chevrolet bical you're putting profits way above caring for your customers.
