This place sold me a vehicle. The experience was good, it's that service dept. Horrible from the start. The first contact resulted in my car being held for 30 days with me having to foot the bill for a rental. Mind you I was having my center console charging port changed. I had to nearly threaten them to release my car, and please note the charger still did not work. I went back on three other occasions to lean the charger they were putting in was not compatible. Inept and incompetent service advisors. Terrible service! Received an incorrect solution to correct the issue with my vehicle. They kept my vehicle for days on end and when I inquired how long it would take to correct the issue, was told by advisor it could take weeks or possibly months!!!! Disgusting experience at this dealership.
Literally the worst service department on the face of the planet. My brand-new vehicle has been there 4 times now, and every time I get it back there are more issues. They dont have customer service in their vocabulary, are extremely rude and unprofessional. This place should not be in business.
