Absolutely horrible experience with Elijah. Do Not Believe A Word They Tell You! Such a joke really-sold a truck he knew we were going to buy and now tells me about this policy they have of “ whoever puts payment down first! The time to tell me that was before he texted me “ let’s get the paperwork done so the truck doesn’t get sold out from under you”. The FedEx paperwork arrived this morning. Told me the timing issue was normal, now I have to get it all fixed
These guys at BIC were the best ! after finding these guys on market place , I was able to talk to Eli personally and with in hours, he had me sitting in the car of my dreams . Easy to talk to and work with 100% . hopefully i won't need another car for many years to come but if I do, Im checking with BIC first . can't thank you all enough.
