The plumbing and HVAC system have been problematic since day one, with room leaks and cooling issues. Despite repeated attempts to address these problems in the last 2 years, they still persist. The customer service has been disappointing. It took weeks to get a response to our initial complaints, and even then, the builder was slow to take action. BIC homes BIG LIES, after living in our house for 2 years almost 3 we have uneven floors, walls, stairs, you name it. When our house was being built we were told construction would be 6 months at most. So we moved into my mother in laws 1 bedroom apt with our 2 kids.
