We had an amazing experience getting our basement finished by BIC. Our project manager, Jay (one of the nicest people you will ever meet), provided us with daily updates and was very responsive whenever we had a question. They were very respectful of our space and there was very little disturbance of our daily lives during summer break. We couldn't be happier with our new finished space and would recommend BIC to anyone who is looking to transform their basement!

If I could rate them higher I would. They finished our basement and I couldn’t be more pleased. Patrick, Chris, and Sara went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and kept up to date on the progress. I don’t have a single complaint it looks amazing. We were so pleased with our basement finish from beginning to end. Our project was fairly simple in scope...a bonus room with a full bath, small closet, linen closet, and a couple unfinished storage areas we wanted closed off. We met with Scott twice who did 3D renderings of our personalized design and had great options to maximize space. His renderings even sold us on the accent tile wall with fireplace.
