I went to get my hair done today April 4 and left the salon in tears. Everything was going well until the very end. When the stylist, Julieta, asked if I liked it, I was honestly in shock. The color looked nothing like what I asked for—it was very yellow, like harsh highlights, instead of the soft, toned look I showed in my inspiration. Ana does a great job, she’s really talented and professional, I love her job but the place is always dirty the remodel construction never ends.
