Basically abused me, screamed etc because I didn't want a happy ending. Her reasoning? Because she has been massaging for an hour (which was less than 45min by that stage) and she only gets paid $75 which I had given her? Couldn't even make an appointment. Huge language barrier and she was super short as "they're too busy, call back later." Was not polite at all. I simply asked if I could book an appointment and she wouldn't work with me to book this. I had to hang up because she wouldn't listen, she just kept saying they're busy now, call later. I understand that business's can be busy and I was more than happy to call back later at a quieter time but she was not going about customer service the right way.
