Service is great! The guy who was at the cashier was so pleasant and nice. The food however is not very good. Not an authentic Korean bibimbap and not a good fusion or Americanized version of it either. The taste of the ingredients is slightly off and don’t go well together. And the sauces don’t compliment the food well. Chicken was also super dry and lacking flavor. SeoulSpice (another Americanized BiBimbap place) is much better!!

I ordered through that application. Once my order arrived, I saw that I was missing four pieces of salmon that I ordered as a side dish. I don't understand how that could have happened. An inconvenience and will never recommend to order online. Much better to just go in-person.
This was my first time trying BIBIBOP, but it definitely won’t be my last. I stopped here with my family on the way down from Pennsylvania to Virginia for a weekend trip, and it was a great lunch option on the way. I’m Korean American and enjoyed this modernized take on bibimbap. No, not every ingredient is traditional (such as the chickpeas, pickled onions, and yum yum sauce), but I still enjoyed my meal.
