Unprofessional Service and Disregard for Long-Time Clients I have been a loyal client for several years, following this service provider to multiple locations. Bianca has been doing my brows for well over 4 years. She is the only person I would recommend to do Brow Tint+Lamination in all of Columbia. My appointment request are promptly responded to, she is always on time for my appointments, and the process is extremely easy to book and attend appointments. I would like to first say, that based on the results of my colleagues treatments, I found Bibi to be a master of her trade. I believe she does an excellent job. Without a doubt she has the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason; however, I was was taken aback by a returned text from Bibi. It's my second time getting services with her and it was even better this time. Try the signature facial. Bianca is very professional and good at what she does. I love my eyebrows when she does them. And, a beautiful view is included with the service! I'll be going back again!
