First experience with a pediatric dental doctor as a parent was the most horrible experience. Care and concern all the way from the staff to the doctor, who is also the owner of the practice, was severely lacking. We were dismissed due to several instances of this office failing to provide us the proper notification and information. Stating in their dismissal that the provided release of records paperwork had the incorrect contact phone number because it was disconnected. To be continued......
I actually tried to schedule my kids an appointment THREE different times with this dentist because it's so close to my house. The first time I called and it rang and rang and I got a very unprofessional message. I tried again three days later and someone answered the phone and told me they were closed. I asked- are you guys ever open? She said they would be there later to answer the phone and that she only picked up the phone because she was expecting a call. REALLY!??
