We liked the food. However we don't do online ordering (I suspect that alot of retirees dont), thus, not having all of the menu items visible in the store is a big mistake. The ordering process is very unclear in the restaurant. The 'server' wasn't helpful until I asked for a Korea Bowl (son's order) and I asked where is that item? He said "it's online" like I was ignorant. Not a good sales tool. Me and my family come often and never have I had a bad experience. Love how clean it is!!!
I absolutely love BIBIBOP! It is so fun having so many different options to choose from—I honestly never get the same thing twice because there are so many great combinations. The food is always healthy and of really good quality. On top of that, the restaurant is clean and has a great vibe. Highly recommend for a guilt-free meal!
