I’ve been to this location dozens of times, and they are an absolute 10/10 on the food, the portioning, the consistency and quality. However, I want to let y’all know today was off. We ordered 2 bowls. The rice was very undercooked. We had chucks of raw grains in our bowls, the Korean chicken was heavily under-portioned, 4 chicken nugget sized pieces and overcooked to the point of being rubbery. Edited 2.13.2026 My husband went in to get takeout. He asked the worker a question about what I wanted to order. The young man said he didn’t know what my husband was talking about. He also said that since my husband hadn’t ordered ahead on the app, he would have to change him extra. Then he went to the kitchen and stood around with his coworkers talking and laughing while my husband was standing there waiting for help. Finally my husband just left without ordering. Great food, healthy options. I get lunch from here all the time! I usually order through the mobile app and pick it up.
We liked the food. However we don't do online ordering (I suspect that alot of retirees dont), thus, not having all of the menu items visible in the store is a big mistake. The ordering process is very unclear in the restaurant. The 'server' wasn't helpful until I asked for a Korea Bowl (son's order) and I asked where is that item? He said "it's online" like I was ignorant. Not a good sales tool.
