Wonderful staff, from the receptionist to the doctor. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable by Ms. Delores and Dr. Craig. I've been looking for a physician and was recommended to give Bibb Family Practice a try and I'm glad I did.
I went in today as a new Patient and I left feeling extremely grateful that the Provider listened to my concerns and I didn't feel rushed. The provider was very thorough and the Medical student was also very professional and listened to me. I was previously going to another facility and I'm so glad I changed Drs. While waiting in the waiting room, everyone that walked through the door acknowledged me which was refreshing. I'm fairly new to Georgia and it goes to show that there are kind people in the world.
