This is our family's favorite restaurant. They have wide varieties of food to choose from. Even we have different taste buds we can all be together sitting in one table enjoying the meals we love.
Classy Itallian Food, The Best in Sacramento – I have been here several times. Every time I walk in I feel like I am back in Italy. You will have an authentic meal here! Never will you tatse canned mushrooms, nor tomato sauce. It's just not done in Italy or here! I have Biba's cookbook with the wonderful Leo Buscaglia featured, it's called The Love Cookbock, and that's what he was all about...before his untimely death. Go to this restraunt, you will not be disappointed.
Best Italian Food in Sacramento – Excellent service, fabulious food and resonable prices. This place is over the top good. The servers are really helpful at guiding you through the menu and specials. The seafood salad is my favorite, but there are no bad choices here.
Great Place!! – When I go out to eat, I expect to pay a lot for my meal. I also expect to get a lot of food for that money. I'm a bit of a foodie and only want the best. Well, this place did deliver a great meal that I really enjoyed, only the portion was so small that I left feeling hungry still. The price wasn't worth the meal. However, the ambiance is very nice.
Incredible Service – Our service was great and the waiter was adorable. Ambiance was romantic and definitely recommended. For the music,,,I would recommend jazz or house and the people were cool. Portions were good.

OUT OF THIS WORLD – Dont be fooled by the few negative reviews. The food coming out of the kitchen at Biba is absolutely the finest you will get anywhere. From the soups, to the pasta, to the perfectly cooked veal and fish, everything we ordered was perfection. The servings are actually decent size for a "fancy restaurant". If youre not a large eater, you would have more than enough to eat with a pasta dish and a soup or salad. This place is more than worth every penny.
An experience to savor – Biba Caggiano has been one of my culinary heroines for many many years. Living in Davis for years, I always wanted to visit her premier restaurant in Sacramento. I highly recommend you visit Biba's if you're in Sacramento for any length of time. Yes, it can be a tad pricey...but you DEFINITELY get what you pay for. Perfect service, great food – My husband and I went to Biba to celebrate our anniversary. Granted, it was a Tuesday, but we were seated immediately even though we arrived about 20 minutes before our reservation time. I had requested a quiet table off in a corner and away from the bustle and that is exactly what we got. There was a live pianist in the lounge area, although I was a bit disappointed that we couldn't really hear her in the dining room. Nevertheless, our dinner was delightful.
