Random D came to our house today to service our reverse osmosis. The tank needed to be replaced but before he did this he totally explained how the system worked & how much everything would cost. There were no hidden surprises. He was very pleasant to talk to and also gave me information on a tankless water heater bs a regular hot water heater when I asked him. We’ve been using Biard & Crockett for 5 years and they never disappoint us!
We've used B&C for over 15 years. Everything from a full bathroom remodel to all of our plumbing needs. Our tankless water heater that we've had for many years from another company went out on Saturday. Brandon was here all day today installing our new tankless heater and checking out a few other things we had questions about. He did an amazing job as always. This company and the employees are simply the very best. Quick dependable service.
Just what we wanted – Been in their store several times and always walked away with what I needed. Recently we remodeled a bathroom. The salesman spent alot of time with us and we got exactly what we wanted in our price range. Will definately go back.
I was humiliated and left the store crying – I went to Biard and Crockett yesterday thinking that I would receive exceptional service from a local small shop - but the opposite happened and instead I left in tears. I purchased a kitchen faucet from them less than a week ago, but after installing it - the faucet was making shaking noises every time we turned it on. Excellent service, and support – I have used Biard & Crockett for over 12 years and have challenged them with complicated hard to get parts that other supply house could not provide and they always came through. Thier willingness to make the customer satisfied surpasses thier competition, from the quality of the products in thier showroom to the excellent service of thier technicians. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone I come across.
Great sales and service Over the years I have bought plumbing fixtures and parts from Biard & Crockett, and one time I had them replace my water heater. What impressed me about their staff when buying parts is that they really know their stuff. They took enough time to offer suggestions and explain why some parts work better than others.
