I'm just postng to a very disturbing situation going on for 18 months with Bianka's Bridal Grand Rspids, Mi. Our daughter passed away from a tragic accident and was unable to try on the new, unopened, unpacked bridal gown from Bianka's Bridal and after Several phone calls, messages with 3 different women, we still have an unresolved reasonable refund.
