Excellent hand pulled noodles topped by butter soft pieces of lamb in a spicy cumin sauce. Yum in my tum.

This is the place to eat real western Chinese cooking. How do I know? I went with a lady who grew up in western china eating half of their menu. And she claimed the dishes were like grandmother used to make....for me, it was just killer Chinese at its best. Better like spicy food!
