HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! – I would honestly give this place -10 stars if I could. We received a coupon via val-pack in the mail back in January. Since they said they offer "Satisfaction Guaranteed" and free quotes, we decided to have them out for a bid.
