Bianco's is good with hair coloring. I came in with dyed jet black hair and I wanted it removed so that I could go back to my natural brown color. I had expectations of my hair being damaged in the process but the damage was minimal. Stripping the black dye took hours, so they did everything they could to make my stay comfortable, like offering to get me a soft pretzel from the shop next door. They are friendly at Bianco's but they are also good at what they do.
