I wouldn't recommend Tyler Hofland in buying a home or any type of business. Due to the fact that he has multiple charges of fraud and still owes thousands of dollars to several people that worked for his business.

Brenda Foster...what an amazing and professional realtor! She found the perfect buyer for our daughter’s condo and in literally 3 weeks, the deal is closed!! She keeps her buyers and sellers informed every step of the way and is organized in ways most of us can only hope to be! Thank you so much for putting together a perfect sale/purchase!
Lack of urgency and communication is a joke with this company. Waiting four weeks for somewhat of an answer on a home that I had an offer that was accepted and they still don't know what's going on with the seller. The sellers Realtor would only work when convenient for her and would not return phone calls to our Realtor on issues.
