This is how health care is supposed to be! 👍 One, getting an appointment is easy. Two, the front desk people are awesome; and I don't wait around for 30-60 min after my appointment for the doctor to show up. Three, Dr. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable and really takes his time to know his patients and add personal value. My experience at BPC makes most of my previous medical experiences seem like they were broken. I love this practice!
Such a HUGE solution to the failures of our current medical / insurance system. The staff was incredible and so were the doctors. I have never had such a relational and thorough doctor visit in my life. Truly a fan from the first day walking in. Excited to see how a business model like this could change how we see general healthcare.
The whole team is great, especially to put up with my dad, lol. Love Dr Mike. And my kinship with Eileen, she’s a north shore LI gal!
