Went to Bianco & Co. For the very first time...Not only are all the staff very friendly But Tonya did an absolutely amazing job on my hair...would definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely go back again
So, my experience started out rocky. I felt unimportant, even when hearing nothing but good about this place. However today, I saw professionalism, courtesy, and a manager that went WELL above and beyond to remedy my bad first impression. It's common for a girl like me to feel awkward in a place like this, but we were treated with the utmost respect and nothing less than a lady.
I moved 3 hours away. I tried going to someone else to get my hair cut, and to nicely put it, my haircut was butchured. I called summer crying because it was almost unfixable. We came up with a plan, she fixed my hair, and it was wayyy better. More than I could ask for. It’s like the woman has magic fingers or something. I swore to myself that it wasn’t with the hassle or heartbreak or finding someone new, and that I would just drive the 3 hours to see her to get my hair done. Every time.
I get massages with Hollie and I cannot praise her as a person or her abilities highly enough. Hollie has a very friendly, yet professional personality which makes the experience very enjoyable. Most importantly however is her massage knowledge and skills which are outstanding. Hollie is very knowledgeable on what personalized suitable massage techniques are needed for her clients' needs/conditions and her execution of those techniques are superior to massage therapists I've encountered in various international salons I have... read more
