I'm going to be honest, I hate getting my haircut (or shaped) as much as I hate going to the dentist. But when you live 13 hours from home and need a haircut you bite the bullet and hope for the best. I wanted the best cut in town so I started with the salon with the best reviews and customer satisfaction. Lissa did an outstanding job on my hair and highly recommend her. The staff was fun, friendly, respectful and professional. I'll be going back again.
They messed up my hair! I took back the gift certificate that they gave me for my refund cuz they said I costed them monye! No they costed me monye by runing my hair then going back on there word! I will be filing for small claims court! Bad customer service! And I also have proof that I did not use the gift certificate for any coffees! Singing a gift certificate is taking full faults for the damage ur salon did to my hair now ur being unprofessional and voiding it! See u in court!

Ms. Godina, I would like to personally address this issue for any confusion you might have. I personally responded to your complaint, as you waited 30 days to contact me regarding your "issues" you had with your service you recieved from one of my stylists, once again done 30 days before your actual "complaint". Our salon policy, as I told you on the phone and in person, is that we honor refunds 48 hours after a service is completed. You did not contact anyone in my business until 30 days after your service. Love this place !! Everyone is so nice and they were all so sweet to my daughter !! I live in casper wy and I don't have a problem driving 3 hours just to get my hair did !! All the stylist are very skilled, professional, and kind!! Keep up the great work!!
