Im very unsatisfied with the outcome of my service. My hair is severely damaged because of a color correction I received about a year ago. I understood that it might cause some damage but I never thought i would end up losing my length completely. I came in with hair past my waist, and after my service I needed to cut 3-4 inches off from the damage, which was fine with me. Except I have had to keep getting it cut because it is so unhealthy.
