I came in the restaurant this past Tuesday with my family, we had a young waitress who was a delight. She was very friendly to my kids making me feel more comfortable since they were being a bit out of sorts....it did not bother her at all. She explained the menu to us and gave us and gave us awesome recommendations for us and the kids. She did not steer us wrong. I've been to Bianca's 4 times in the past year. First 3 times it was fine. Good food. Quick and easy service. Nice enough staff. I've left positive reviews in the past. But, Gianna, the hostess/waitress we had virtually abandoned our table after seating us. Asked our drinks before we even sat down. After 8 minutes got our app order. Didn't get the app until 18 minutes later (26 min wait time). Still hadn't been asked to order our entree. Food was fine. Other staff had actually refilled our drinks and brought them to us. Update: tried to eat the food but it’s just GORDON FOOD VEAL PARM AND WAS OVERCOOKED was not worth $70!!!! I’m sorry to say it was gross. It was dead on a Thursday at 6 pm and we waited almost 10 minutes until a server came to see us after we were already seated. 30 minutes for our appetizers (6 snails) and at that point we had them just do the main dishes to go.
