I am a nurse and have experience during visit at the BC the high level of expertise the owner and employee has working with Alzheimer’s, Dementia patients. The home is clean and the most important part of their routine is delivering individual care based on their needs. At Bianca’s home care every patient receives excellent care.
Bianca’s Home Care is a caring and loving home. I had a very challenging time placing my mom in the right environment and finding the care that fit her particular needs.I placed her in a large facility where she ended in the emergency room twice within 10 days. I was so thankful to find Bianca’s Home. Bianca and Raluca were patient, and handled the challenges with my mom and her dementia issues. I truly feel like she’s at her second home now.
Bianca and her staff are one of those businesses that exceed every possible expectation. She dealt with us during a major family crisis - so much compassion and excellent ideas and resources. She saved us. She is a model of how a business owner in the caretaking business should be.
