Wonderful service We had a very bad experience at another local business, Wedding Center USA. We went to Bianca's to order 9 bridesmaids dresses very close to our ordering deadline. We received the dresses in plenty of time and at a good price. The staff was extremely helpful. I would recommend this business to anyone.
Never in My Life.... I had a bad experience here. One of the associates yelled and berated me after i canceled an order on a dress. The deposit is nonrefundable so they made 40 bucks off me already plus 4 bridesmaid had already put down $75 deposits on their dresses. She told me I "have issues" and i just have never been treated so badly at a store in my life.
