Avoid this provider at ALL costs. She didn’t bother to even look at the medical history which has extensive information as to the reason for our visit. Instead she demanded we have a “well visit” before she’s provide the services we needed. (Script for OT.) They took weight, height and blood pressure…but that wasn’t enough she wanted unnecessary (and completely irrelevant to the reason for our visit) medical procedures done before she would treat our child.
