Bianca was a fantastic property manager during my tenancy at a rental property in the University Heights area. She was always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance issues I had, and everything would be quickly resolved. When the owner decided to sell the property, she was very transparent with what I could expect with viewings and open houses, and ensured the operation would accommodate my schedule.
