I had an awful experience here at Bianca bridal. It's been about a year now and it still gets to me how rude the lady was to me and my family. She never let them have an opinion and said no need for them to talk it's your wedding dress. I felt completely uncomfortable with her. Very sarcastic and did not make me feel like I was welcome. This is supposed to be one of the most exciting times of your bridal experience and dealing with this shop was the worst! Let's just say I did not say yes to the dress at Bianca bridal!

Sometimes some family members do not have the best intentions for the brides such as I've heard statements from others like you look fat, I wouldn't be caught dead in that dress etc. We are here to protect and assist every bride that comes in our store. Mary was absolutely amazing! I found the dress of my dreams!!!!
This was the second place I went to try dresses. I had one on hold at another place but it was literally the second dress I tried on and something inside of me was telling me to at least stop at Biancas. The selection was perfect for me, not too overwhelming. We were looking through dresses together and she pulled one out and I gave her a look saying ehh no I don't like that mermaid style. Rachel was so unbelievably amazing! She was so supportive of all my needs and wants in a dress. She also helped give me confidence in a new situation. I was never rushed through the appointment or rushed to make a decision. Mary and Rachel were so patient and honest with me helping me to make the right choice. Love this place!!
