Went to look at their retirement sale, owner was beyond rude as if we were too big and unworthy of her time. Let her retire and spend you money elsewhere

I squeezed you inbetween other appointments. I had 3 gowns that would have fit your friend and she didnt like any of them! She also said she wasnt excited about getting married. I am not sure what you wanted me to do? I also recommended another store for her to go to. Have a nice day

The owner was amazing!!! We came in without an appointment, just hoping to look, not expecting much. She welcomed us in, allowed us to look through the gowns, then walked us through the whole process. Her spunky upbeat personality made the experience that much more enjoyable! She even stayed open passed closing. Thank you Bianca Bridal for helping me find my dream dress!

If there was an option for more stars, Mary would earn them all! I had my first ever appointment with Mary yesterday, and another scheduled after. Let's just say I had no need to go to my second appointment! Mary was beyond amazing, caring, honest, and had my best interest in mind. She and I picked out gowns together, and she took my opinion first before we walked out of the dressing room to show my entourage.
