There’s a reason why the turnover is so high here. The moment the IT manager, Chris Hinrichsen, feels threatened that you are more knowledgeable, he will terminate you without probable cause. All I’ve seen this guy do is chain smoke while talking about smoking weed. The whole IT department is completely incompetent and have no real knowledge or education regarding SCCM or Azure among other standard enterprise platforms.
