During my visit today, a provider in the office made anti-Muslim comments loudly in the lobby where patients could clearly hear the conversation. Dr. Bialstok was present, heard the remarks, and laughed instead of redirecting the conversation. Esther, the massage therapist, also joined in, and other patients participated. My husband and I have both been patients here for years, which made today's experience especially disappointing. Dr. Gail has hands of GOLD and is truly the chiropractor's chiropractor! Whenever I am on Long Island I make it a point to see Dr. Gail and have my spine checked. Your only regret will be that you did not go to see her sooner!
