Four of us dined there yesterday afternoon. When we arrived they wanted to seat us in the sunroom at a table set for four which had the sun shining on it. And we said no thank you. We asked if we could sit in the corner (no sun) in the sunroom but they said no because it was set up for 5. And they would not bend. And they didn’t mention that it had already been reserved or anything. So they sat us in a corner in a different room. Absolutely no complaints about the food. I’ve been to Biagio’s a few times and was there last evening. Usually the service is very good but it was terrible last evening. All of our appetizers were not delivered and we had to ask for the other appetizer. All of Our drinks weren’t delivered at the same time either . We had food on our plates that we wanted wrapped to take home and my husband did not get his whole meal wrapped. He had left all his potatoes on his plate because they were not cooked and he was going to make home fries with them the next day but they wer... read more

We dined on Mother’s Day and had an outstanding experience. We had 5:00 pm reservations and we were seated upon our arrival. The servers were attentive to our requests, the appetizers were absolutely delicious but the dinners were superb. Every dish was decrotively served with a balsamic glaze swirl around the platter. Even the owner stopped by each table to greet patrons and make sure we were happy. I have already recommended Biagio’s to many friends. Can not wait to return!!!
Best Italian restaurant in CT. Love every meal!! Meatballs. Amazing. Veal Picatta. Amazing. Duck Ravioli. Amazing. The staff are always professional and courteous. We celebrate every birthday and anniversary with Biagios!
