We had a great experience working with Tracy. She was very helpful and did a great job of making sure everything was taken care of. She was very accommodating to our family (who were also in the wedding party + our florist) to make sure they had the time to get everything ready ahead of time. Biagio's food was delicious -- we only heard rave reviews. The space was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for -- at a price we could afford.
I have never been treated with such disrespect, contempt, condescension and apathy anywhere else in my life. As a member of the groomsman's party, I treated with pure, unbridled disdain from the smug and aggressive valets and then further insulted by the vacuousness of the venue manager. This all culminated in me not attending the reception of friend's wedding because I will not, and cannot condone being treated like a second-class citizen. We just had our wedding reception at Biagio, and it was absolutely amazing! Tracy was incredible and worked with us to make the evening everything we wanted it to be. Because of her we didn’t need to hire a wedding coordinator! Everything went seamlessly, the food was amazing, and the space is beautiful! Also super affordable for a Chicago wedding. 100% recommend!

I had the great pleasure of officiating a wedding here last weekend. The staff is friendly and very accommodating to myself and the bride & groom. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the food was fabulous - served hot and delicious and the rolls were brought to the table steaming hot and soooooo good! Had a wonderful experience. Rev.
