Was fortunate enough to work with Paul in leasing an apartment in the Hudson Valley. He made everything extremely simple for me. Answered any question I had about multiple properties we viewed, was responsive via the phone and made the process almost too easy for me. Hopefully won’t need Paul for a bit, but if I need to move in the near future I will be calling him.

Lacks a moral compass. My full Legal name is Ian James Gibis. My father’s name is Gordon Jay Gibis. Nick Biagini swindled his own, in-laws out of money when my father went to purchase a house from him in 2006. This is his relatives agency in New York. They are a greedy, unscrupulous family who would swindle their in-laws, the Gibis’s out of their hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this family.
