Reservations made for a large party and the day of the event the manager has amnesia about the reservation & would not correct it. The food was decent, the waitress was also good considering. This is not the place to go if you have a large group and want to use their private dining area. This is the second time this has happened with two totally different events I have attended.
My daughter and some of her friends went to this restaurant to celebrate her birthday only to find out they hate serving black people and it was said that they would rather quit before serving their table.They said we complain to much and we don't like to leave tips well here is a tip for you African Americans deserve the same service as everyone else does and if you can't say it to our face keep your racist remarks to your self and get out of public service because we are everywhere and don't plan on leave anytime soon.And ... read more
Food was excellent and service was outstanding. I was extremely impressed with our wait team. Biaggi’s was so busy with many large parties but everything moved smoothly. We did have to wait a while for food to be delivered but what can you expect when multiple really large parties were there. Normally I wouldn’t order salmon just not my favorite but the Dijon Salmon was delicious.
I gave a well deserved 1 star review for disgusting food service practices several months ago. We have never returned and never will. But ever since Biaggi's had their friends harass me online about my review. So I have replaced it with this one to warn people, not only do they have unsafe food practices (or they did the night we made the mistake to try and dine there) but they might have their friends abuse you if you try and tell your experience there.
