These ambulance chasers are also guilty of chasing family businesses out of their longstanding locations to make way for out-of-towners. What a nasty way to slap the face of your business neighbors. The West University Neighborhood will make sure your new tenants are NOT wanted and many merchants on 4th Avenue will certainly turn their backs. Tsk, tsk, shame on you. Don’t act so uptown if you want to do business downtown.

Kurt Kroese and his firm were quite helpful in handling negotiations with an insurance company, and acted with integrity and transparency throughout the whole. I was commuting home by bike when a car pulled out too far into my lane and I couldn't stop in time to avoid crashing into it. The police that came later judged that the driver was clearly at fault, and I had no trouble with the insurance company's willingness to admit that and offer a settlement, but I was anxious about the medical bills that kept coming. There are certainly two sides to this issue, which will not be presented here. Importantly, however, this dispute is in no way connected to legal services that Biaggi Kroese and Campbell proudly provide.
