I've had my car serviced twice at Dong's shop—first to replace the brake pads, and today to replace the battery. Honestly, I highly recommend it. Beyond the excellent value for money, as others have mentioned, I'd like to add that the technical expertise and quality of the auto repairs are top-notch. The maintenance men are warm and friendly, Dong is professional, and the service quality is outstanding.
Update - Biady continues to be my go to place with their no non-sense approach and fixing just what needs to be fixed. My crv starter that was replaced in 2020 started to act up again and they were able to get AutoZone to honor the 5 yr warranty and charged a reasonable price for labor. (Isaac and his dad have always been amazing in being flexible with scheduling) My 2015 CRV's starter died prematurely.
