My husband and I want to give a big shout out to chef and owner Brian Houlihan and his amazing staff at Bia Bistro for making our 10th wedding anniversary dinner an amazing experience. Quite possibly the best chicken dish we've ever had! Duck Fat Roasted Free Range Chicken ɤ Mushroom Risotto with truffle oil ɤ Madeira Jus... OMG! I'd love to know how they get the chicken that juicy and tender. And service was great. Can't wait to come back.
