Needed a treatment done on short notice since we are selling our home and closing soon. They were able to come out the next day and get everything done for us. Great customer service!
Denny and his crew did an excellent job. We were extremely pleased with their work. Denny was awesome on thoroughly explaining what was going on and the treatment they were providing. (Mold remediation in our crawl space). I would recommend Bi State to anyone needing this kind of work.
Do NOT use this pest control company! If you noticed all the good reviews are from awhile ago. I’m not sure if I got a new guy but he was here maybe 10 minutes to spray a 3 story house and a garage. He did not spray around or in the garage (like I got told he was suppose too). I asked him if I needed to move things he told me no that he would do it. Then continued to move nothing!! Was also suppose to look for roaches he said he didn’t see any the next day and everyday since we keep finding them in our basement and garage. T... read more
