I hate when a company or business takes advantage of the people that pay for their services. Bi-State Propane. We've had their services for over a year now, and have always been overcharged, unappreciated, and taken advantaged of by this company. It's ridiculous that we pay almost $4 a gallon for propane, then have to wait 3 weeks to get it.
