Had my consultation and paid the $75 fee. Nothing mentioned about this going to insurance. Then a few weeks later I had surgery and paid at time of service. I was sent a bill weeks after the second appointment for an additional $167 that I was not made aware of. This was for the original consultation. Super frustrating to get another bill after I had paid in full at time of surgery. I hate hidden charges. Make your patients aware of this at the beginning.

Since it wasn’t far enough in advance, which was impossible since we made the appointment the day before, they hit us with a missed appointment fee. Whe... read more

Went in and they explained that it is going to be a painful process due to how my jaw and tooth structure is but they would try and make it as least painful as possible. Have yet to set up date for extraction but I am looking forward to having this done and instead of having one or two teeth removed they recommended all six of my bad teeth three of which are wisdom teeth get removed. Very pleased with the staff at b... read more
