Absolutely do not recommend. I really wanted this to be a great place. We have had two visits for two different children. The actual doctor was great. (The alton office is wonderful) do not go to Edwardsville, The assisting nurses or techs were terrible both times. The bed side manner is extremely lacking. We were treated like we burdened them by being there. They made rude remarks that we were able to hear. This is first time I have written a bad review for any establishment.
Had my consultation and paid the $75 fee. Nothing mentioned about this going to insurance. Then a few weeks later I had surgery and paid at time of service. I was sent a bill weeks after the second appointment for an additional $167 that I was not made aware of. This was for the original consultation. Super frustrating to get another bill after I had paid in full at time of surgery. I hate hidden charges. Make your patients aware of this at the beginning.
Rude staff, hidden fees, and poor business practices. We were told over the phone that the consultation fee was $85 NOT $280 without insurance. During consultation an appointment opened up for the next day but they didn’t have cost information yet. We made the appointment. The next morning they called with the price and it was 4x other places so we cancelled our appointment.
